The penthouse has 2 floors. The first floor are the lounge, specious kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor you will find two more double bedrooms with twin beds and the second bathroom. One of the bed room has its own large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is also a third terrace facing south overlooking the mountain Cabezo Gordo. All terraces are furnished comfortably for relaxing and chill out after a day sightseeing, hiking, golf, spa or shopping.

All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have large fitted wardrobes and drawers.

• Bedroom first floor: One double bed
• Bedroom 1 on second floor: 2 twin beds set together, has own terrace with 2 sunbeds
• Bedroom 2 on second floor: 2 twin beds

All bathrooms have temperature controlled shower

• Bathroom first floor: shower enclosure, toilet, hairdryer
• Bathroom second floor: bath with shower, toilet, bidet, vanity unit with basin, hairdryer

Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of good cookware, tableware, cutlery, glasses and cups, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron & board.
The penthouse has wireless Internet, 32” LCD TV with Spanish and English channels, blue-ray player and Hi-Fi stereo with IPod docking station.
Secure private car parking is also provided with remote control entry gate.

Our penthouse is registered and inspected by the Murcia tourism board through our property manager Calida Sunshine: 1320/2016.
